Sir Henry Wood requested that Spivakovsky return for the 1923 season of the London Promenade Concerts, where they performed the Tchaikovsky piano concerto no. 1 and Mendelssohn’s piano concerto no. 2 with the New Queen’s Hall Orchestra. Their collaborations were great successes and Spivakovsky remained in Great Britain giving concerts well into the following year.
